In September AltMFA welcomed Florence Peake to a very suitable venue, the Green Rooms hotel's beautiful top floor 'gallery' room.
Florence ran through a couple of activities with partners and small groups, using touch and the 'sensual' senses to move alongside others to some music. Using our feet we traced bodies with our eyes closed, and moved into a whole room immersive experience. Then we worked with 'falling'. We fell in supportive ways with our partners, and supported the head and neck in a fall. It was an incredible experience, thanks Florence.
